In this clinical leadership role, you will provide professional oversight to care staff and deliver personalized nursing care to residents with complex needs. You will take charge of medication management, perform clinical procedures such as wound care and catheter maintenance, and construct comprehensive care plans that uphold clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert clinical nursing care, including precise medication administration, wound care, and catheter management.

• Provide leadership to care team staff while creating and updating detailed, resident-centered care plans.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to monitor resident health and drive continuous clinical excellence home-wide.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN.

• Solid practical understanding of clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.

• Proven experience in writing comprehensive care plans and managing complex clinical dependency levels.
