Bank Support Worker

Priory is looking for a Bank Support Worker at Mount View House in Syke, near Rochdale, a rural service giving residential support to eight autistic adults, some of whom also have a learning disability or behaviours that challenge.

What you will do:

• Give personal care and help with daily living
• Encourage people to take part in activities and community life
• Support people to reach their personal outcomes in their own way
• Keep accurate records, care plans and daily notes
• Act as a key worker, helping people set goals and track progress
• Build good relationships with people, families and colleagues

What they are looking for: a caring and respectful approach, resilience, flexibility, strong communication skills and a commitment to professional standards. Care or support work experience is desirable but not essential, as training is provided. A DBS check is required and Priory covers the cost.

Hours: this is a bank role.
