In this creative leadership role, you will design, implement, and manage a dynamic program of individual and group activities tailored to residents' personal goals and interests. You will supervise the lifestyle team, coordinate calendar events, maintain detailed wellbeing records, and foster an engaging, vibrant atmosphere within the care home.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized activity plans that promote physical, social, and emotional engagement for residents.

• Lead and supervise the lifestyle team, ensuring activities and home events are effectively promoted and executed.

• Maintain detailed individual wellbeing reports, provide updates to families, and incorporate local/national events into the activity calendar.

Requirements

• Experience in activity planning, event coordination, or lifestyle management, ideally within a care or community setting.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a strong creative flair.
