Order Management & Processing: Handle EDI order management in Oracle for retail customers, process Food Service and commercial sales orders, and manage order amendments and releases.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, logistics teams, factory planning, and dispatch.
System & Admin Tasks: Update and manage product life concessions in the system, handle general enquiries, and complete general administration duties.
Rotational Development: Begin your journey with an initial 6-to-12-month placement in customer support before rotating into other key areas within the supply chain function.
