Job Advertisement: Customer Team Member (Food Retail)
Location: Bridge Street, Dunkeld, PH8 0AH (Candidates must be within a commutable distance)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Contract Hours: 16 hours per week + regular overtime (Mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts; includes at least 2 closing shifts and at least 1 weekend shift, with flexible availability to be discussed at interview)
Salary: £13.04 per hour

About the Role
As a Customer Team Member, you will be an essential part of a friendly, fast-moving store team, helping deliver thoughtful and essential service to your local community every day. Whether you're working on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, or assisting with bakery and home delivery services, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers. (Note: Applicants must be aged 18 or over as this role may involve working before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM, or other business-related needs).
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering friendly and thoughtful customer service, helping to put things right when needed.
Keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy to maintain brilliant store standards.
Working hands-on across the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience.
Promoting Co-op membership and supporting local community initiatives and charities.

About You
Experience: Previous retail experience is not essential! As long as you have a genuine passion for helping people, we'll give you all the training you need.
Availability: Seeking candidates able to cover a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts (including at least 2 closing shifts and 1 weekend shift).
