Supportive Bridge is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Senior Care Assistant (Bank) to join the team at Cottingley Hall in Bingley.

This is a flexible bank opportunity for an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and leading a team of Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Care Assistants during daily shifts.
Administer medication and maintain accurate care records.
Review and update care plans.
Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
Support the training and development of new team members.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
Previous experience in a senior care role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
