Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Head of Housekeeping for Newlands Care Centre. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to daily cleaning while leading, motivating, and inspiring your housekeeping team. You will ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest possible standards, playing a vital role in making the home a shining example of quality care.
What You Will Need
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment is highly advantageous.
Key Skills: A proven ability to lead and inspire a team, exceptional attention to detail, and a hands-on work ethic.
Personal Qualities: A caring nature, excellent communication skills, and a friendly approach when interacting with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
