Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care planning, clinical compliance, and daily delivery.
Deputise for the home management team and liaise with local GPs, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Guide, support, and mentor nursing and care staff to foster a collaborative and resident-focused environment.
Requirements
Active NMC Registered Nurse status with proven clinical leadership and staff management experience.
Strong proficiency in writing care plans and using assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
Dedicated focus on care for older people alongside strong organizational and clinical governance skills.
