We are currently recruiting a Shift Manager on behalf of a leading national food-on-the-go retailer renowned for its warm customer service, inclusive culture, and fantastic team spirit.
About the Role
As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in the store's leadership team. You’ll be responsible for looking after the shop floor when the Store Manager is away, ensuring operations run smoothly and keeping the team motivated and supported.
In this fast-paced environment, you will lead customer service across multiple channels—in-shop, Click & Collect, delivery, and drive-thru—ensuring every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and top-tier experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & Inspire: Motivate and support the team to deliver great results and uphold high operational standards.
Lead by Example: Serve customers in a fast, friendly manner across in-store and online channels.
Product Preparation: Help prepare popular food and drink products, manage ovens, and make fresh sandwiches.
Stock & Display: Keep displays fully stocked, organized, and attractive throughout the day.
Store Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, safe, and presentable shop environment.
What We Are Looking For
Leadership Experience: Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
People Person: Strong communication skills with a natural ability to motivate others and deliver exceptional service.
