Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant at Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham, where the team gives person-centred care that supports residents' independence and choice.

What you will do:

Give residents clinical, social and emotional care and meet their individual needs
Support residents with everything from companionship to personal care
Help the nurse or senior care assistant monitor residents and report changes
Talk with residents' families, friends and other health professionals

What they are looking for: motivated, positive people with strong interpersonal skills. Experienced carers and people new to care are both welcome, and Bupa provides training, including on its digital care system.

Hours: permanent, full time, on days (8am to 8pm) or nights (8pm to 8am), with alternate weekends as part of the shift pattern.
