In this essential kitchen support role, you will work alongside culinary staff to maintain rigorous cleanliness standards and assist with basic food preparation for care home residents. You will ensure proper storage of goods, maintain hygiene regulations, and help keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic meal preparation tasks, including vegetable prepping and sandwich making.

• Maintain overall kitchen hygiene, cleaning all cooking utensils, pots, and food preparation areas to standard.

• Safely store cleaning supplies, dry goods, and perishable produce following food safety guidelines.
