About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant for Whitewater Place Care Home.
In this vital night-shift role, you will help ensure our residents feel secure, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. You will assist with night-time routines, follow personal care plans, provide gentle companionship, and ensure every resident's needs and dignity are respected. As an exciting bonus, you will receive a £500 Golden Hello when you join the team!
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted individual who is passionate about supporting older adults. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience caring for older people.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do approach.
