As a Care Assistant at South Grange Care Centre, you will help our residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide meaningful companionship, and help create wonderful moments and memories.
Every day is unique and rewarding. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living and personal care
Supporting residents with food, drink, and nutrition
Following personalised care plans and ensuring valuable one-to-one time with residents
Bringing a warm, dedicated, and professional approach to a supportive environment
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need:
Previous experience of caring for older people
A positive, can-do approach with excellent communication skills
Genuine empathy, warmth, and a passion for delivering exceptional care
