Healthcare Assistant – Outpatients
Location: Lyca Health, Orpington
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time – 40 hours per week (Flexible rotational shifts covering days, evenings, and weekends between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday)
Salary: £26,436.80 per annum

What You Will Do
Assist in treatment room duties, including wound care dressings, ECGs, phlebotomy, and supporting clinicians during minor operations.
Support various clinical specialties, including specialized gynaecology and urology procedures, while acting as a chaperone when required.
Treat every patient with dignity, respect, and compassion, ensuring patient privacy, confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping at all times.
Work collaboratively within a dynamic outpatient team to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care.

What We Are Looking For
An NVQ qualification at Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous hands-on experience working as a Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant in a healthcare setting.
Enthusiastic and compassionate with a genuine interest in caring for people, backed by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
