Job Opportunity: Customer Team Member (Rochester)
Location: Rochester (27 High Street Isle of Grain, Rochester, ME3 0BJ)
Pay Rate: £13.04 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (12 hours per week + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening, including weekends with flexible daytime availability. Additional availability can be discussed at interview.
Requirements: Must live within a commutable distance from Rochester.
Experience: No CV or prior retail experience needed! Full paid training provided.

We have teamed up with Co-op on the Isle of Grain in Rochester to help find a dedicated Customer Team Member. In this hands-on, fast-paced environment, you’ll be the welcoming face of the store—serving customers, keeping shelves stocked, operating tills, and making everyday shopping a breeze.
Whether you're helping a local customer find what they need or supporting daily store operations, you'll play an essential role in keeping the community connected.
What You’ll Do
Deliver friendly, thoughtful customer service and create a great in-store experience.
Support the day-to-day running of the store across the shop floor and tills.
Help maintain store standards by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
A genuine passion for helping people and providing great customer service.
Flexibility to work closing shifts (mid-afternoon to late evening) and weekends.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and an enthusiasm for a busy retail environment.
Must be in a commutable distance from Rochester.
