At Supportive Bridge Staffing, we partner with forward-thinking organisations that make a positive, lasting difference in children’s lives. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker on behalf of a therapeutic children’s home in Earl Shilton.

## Your Role & Leadership Responsibilities

In this role, you will champion a non-judgemental, therapeutic environment that helps children build self-esteem and safely transition into adulthood. As a Senior, you will bridge the gap between frontline care and management:

Shift & Staff Leadership: Lead daily shifts, provide formal staff supervision, and offer guidance and support to Residential Support Workers.
Operational Management: Oversee staff rotas, risk assessments, policies, procedures, and ensure individual placement plans are meticulously followed.
Direct Care & Support: Build deep, positive relationships with young people—some of whom require high levels of supervision—while actively supporting their education and safeguarding them at all times.

## What We Are Looking For

Age Profile: Must be 22 years of age or older (to comply with OFSTED regulations).
Qualifications: Must hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a residential childcare setting.
Driving Licence: A valid, manual UK driving licence is required.
