ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a flexible, casual role designed to cover planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sickness cover) across mixed shifts (days and nights). As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will take ownership of clinical decisions, safeguarding the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents while enjoying clinical autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents with diverse physical and mental health needs.
Formulate, review, and evaluate tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Administer medications safely in strict accordance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Make critical clinical decisions and act as a trusted clinical reference point on shift.
Maintain complete and accurate clinical records while ensuring compliance with DoLS and the Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a compassionate, clinically proficient Registered Nurse who values professional autonomy, scheduling flexibility, and person-centred care.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active NMC Registration (RGN) with an up-to-date PIN.
Strong knowledge of contemporary clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Proven experience in care planning, risk assessment, and complex clinical management.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and clinical leadership capabilities.
