Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Care Assistant for Drummond Grange Care Home. In this rewarding role, you will assist with daily living, provide wonderful companionship, follow personalized care plans, and ensure every resident receives meaningful one-to-one time and person-centred support.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and a positive "can-do" approach.
