Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Coordinator to join their exciting new service in Blackpool.
In this rewarding part-time role, you will help people rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing, and create futures that once felt out of reach. Working alongside individuals at different stages of their recovery, you will build trusted relationships, provide personalised recovery planning, and empower people to identify their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve sustainable, positive change.
Caseload & Care Management: Build supportive, trusted relationships with service users, helping them explore options, set meaningful goals, and navigate their treatment journey.
Personalised Recovery Planning: Collaborate with individuals to develop tailored recovery plans that promote health, wellbeing, and independence.
Holistic Support: Help service users strengthen connections with family and community, improve physical and mental wellbeing, and access opportunities that enhance long-term resilience.
Service Development: Contribute ideas, shape local delivery, and help build a welcoming, inspiring environment within CGL's new Blackpool service.
Experience & Background: Compassionate individuals with experience or transferable skills from substance use services, mental health, healthcare, housing, criminal justice, social care, or community support.
Personal Qualities: Genuinely motivated by helping others succeed, with strong communication skills and the ability to see strengths and potential in every individual.
Core Beliefs: A firm belief that positive change is always possible and a commitment to providing safe, respectful, person-centred care.
Requirements: Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK at the time of application (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, increasing up to 30 days with service.
