In this vital kitchen support role, you will assist the Head Chef and Second Chef in maintaining exceptional standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will prepare fresh produce, manage ingredient storage, and ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and ready for meal service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness across all kitchen areas, wash cooking utensils and pots, and safely store cleaning products.
Assist with food preparation, including washing and chopping fresh vegetables and making sandwiches.
Ensure all dry and perishable goods are stored correctly following hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
