At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we specialize in linking caring professionals with environments where they can truly make an impact. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Male Support Worker to join the robust team at Carlton House.

Located in Rothwell Haigh, just on the outskirts of Leeds, Carlton House is a residential service supporting 10 men, with the adjacent Carlton Cottage supporting an additional six. The service specializes in providing person-centered care for adult males on the autism spectrum, individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, forensic backgrounds, and those who display mild to moderate behaviors that challenge.

## What You’ll Be Doing

As a Support Worker and Key Worker, you will work within a compassionate team to deliver high-quality, personalized care. Your core responsibilities will include:

Direct Care & Daily Living: Providing personal care and helping residents master daily living tasks with dignity and respect.
Key Working & Goal Progress: Partnering directly with individuals to set personal goals, track their development, and champion their choices.
Community Integration: Encouraging and assisting residents to participate in hobbies, social activities, and broader community life.
Safety & Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes while strictly upholding safety and confidentiality regulations.
Building Connections: Developing trusted professional relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
