We are partnering with the well-respected Havering Court Care Home to find compassionate, dedicated Care Assistants to join their established team. As a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will step into a warm, community-focused home where residents' choices, independence, and hobbies are genuinely honored. Whether you are assisting with daily routines or engaging in fun social activities, you will be instrumental in helping residents live a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care, supporting residents with diverse requirements ranging from companionship to personal care.
Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' behaviour or condition in line with required standards and legislation.
Support nutrition and hydration needs, assisting residents with meals and drinks according to their individual care plans.
Provide meaningful physical and mental stimulation through engaging group and individual recreational activities.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For
A naturally positive, motivated, and caring disposition with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable: Previous experience working within a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
