Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts, delegate duties, and work alongside care assistants to meet residents' personal care and mobility needs.
Manage medications, complete risk assessments, and collaborate with external healthcare professionals on care plans.
Partner with the leadership team to continuously improve services while fostering an inclusive environment.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) preferred, with demonstrated shift leadership skills.
Proficient in care planning, risk assessment, and medication administration protocols.
Strong organizational, delegation, and IT skills paired with a passionate, resident-centered approach.
