Job Title: Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator / Activity Coordinator
Location: Manor Court Care Home, Britten Drive, Southall, Middlesex, UB1 2SH
Rate of Pay: From £12.25 per hour

We are partnering with Manor Court Care Home in Southall—a wonderful facility holding a "Good" CQC rating and an impressive 9.3/10 score on carehome.co.uk—to find a creative and energetic Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator. At Manor Court, the care home is dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives.
As an Activity Coordinator through Supportive Bridge, you will act as the "chief fun officer," creating a vibrant, joy-filled atmosphere for our residents. You will dream up exciting events, manage activity budgets, coordinate tailored schedules from arts and crafts to garden parties, and foster meaningful connections and therapeutic wellbeing experiences.
Run engaging morning and afternoon activity sessions, ranging from gentle chair-based exercise to book clubs, baking, and pub quizzes.
Produce and update a dynamic activity planner for the home, working closely to a set activities budget and maintaining necessary paperwork.
Organise special birthday surprises and coordinate one-to-one sessions involving reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, or a simple chat over a cup of tea.
Liaise with external companies, local community performers, and guests to organise exciting days out and special events at the home.
Support the home with managing its social media channels as required.
