About the Role

As a Day Care Assistant, you will be at the very heart of our residents' daily lives. Your focus will go far beyond practical tasks—you will be nurturing comfort, promoting independence, and bringing companionship to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compassionate Care: Gently support residents with daily personal routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtimes, always maintaining absolute kindness and respect.

• Champion Independence: Encourage residents to make their own choices, helping them maintain their dignity, confidence, and physical well-being.

• Relationship Building: Take the time to listen, learn individual life stories, and form trusting bonds that create a safe, welcoming family environment.

• Tailored Care Planning: Contribute to and follow personalized care plans, ensuring each resident's unique needs, background, and wishes are completely honoured.

What You Will Need to Succeed
