Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time (33.75 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Nights
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour (Includes a £500 Golden Hello welcome bonus!)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find an inspiring Night Senior Carer for Lochduhar Care Home. In this vital role, you will supervise and motivate Care Assistants, assist the clinical team with medication, care plans, and reviews, and ensure residents feel safe, secure, and respected throughout the night.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivational, with strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to resident dignity.
