Salary: £14.38 per hour (£13.15 ph base rate + £1.23 shift allowance), earning a minimum of £553 per week

Hours: 38.50 hours per week (Rotational day/night shift pattern, 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 – 07:00)

Key Responsibilities
Stock & Outload Management: Ensure the smooth transition of products from production lines, operating pedestrian pallet trucks and scanning goods to guarantee correct customer delivery.
Vehicle Loading: Load and unload delivery lorries and vehicles safely using manual handling equipment and trucks.
Manual Handling: Perform manual handling duties, which may include lifting equipment and products weighing up to 20kg.
Safety & Compliance: Carry out all tasks in strict accordance with training, food safety guidelines, and health and safety rules, utilizing required safety equipment at all times.

What We Are Looking For
Skills: Good level of communication and basic numeracy skills, alongside effective organization and time management.
Desired Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or food manufacturing environment, NVQ Level 2 in Food Manufacturing, basic food hygiene certificate, battery-operated truck licence, or manual handling training are welcome (though not essential).
Important Requirement: Due to strict Bird Welfare standards, applicants must not own any avian pets or poultry.
