This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and experienced business support professional to oversee administrative and operational functions within a fostering service. You will support managers and teams while ensuring efficient office operations and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day business support and office operations.
Oversee administrative processes and accurate record keeping.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and operational documentation.
Support financial administration, including foster carer payments.
Line manage business support coordinators and provide team guidance.
Respond to enquiries and work closely with fostering teams and external partners.

Requirements

Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Previous experience managing a small office-based team.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Experience within fostering, children's services, or a regulated care environment is desirable.
