About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide flexible nursing cover at Tixover House Care Home.
In this role, you will lead high-quality clinical care, supporting the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents. You’ll have the clinical freedom and respect you deserve while working within a safe, warm, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess resident needs and develop tailored, person-centred care plans.
Administer medication safely in accordance with Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Make critical clinical decisions and deliver evidence-based care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
Provide cover for planned absences, sick leave, and peak operational needs.
About You
To join us in this role, you will need:
Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, risk assessments, and care planning.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, pharmaceutical guidelines).
A dedicated, compassionate nature with a commitment to person-centred nursing care.
