About the Role

At our partner stores, no two days are ever the same! Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for efficient, hardworking Stock Assistants to join a fast-paced and friendly team at Kew Retail Park, Richmond.

In this vital role, you’ll be right at the heart of store operations. From processing deliveries to keeping shelves fully stocked with top-quality products, your speed and attention to detail ensure customers always find what they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Replenishment: Efficiently stock shelves and merchandise products so displays look their best.

• Delivery & Quality Checks: Receive and check incoming deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy and removing any items that don't meet high freshness standards.

• Customer Support: Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient assistance to shoppers on the store floor.

What We’re Looking For

• Pace & Efficiency: Comfortable replenishing stock at a fast pace to keep product availability high.

• Great Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to support both team members and customers (retail experience is a plus, but dynamic attitude matters most!).

• Reliability: Flexible, dependable, and equipped with a strong "can-do" mindset.

• Commute Readiness: Able to reliably travel to Kew Retail Park for early starts (as early as 6:00 AM) or late finishes (up to 10:00 PM).
