Leading a dedicated activities team, you will build a stimulating and homely environment, ensuring event schedules are promoted effectively and local community events are integrated into the home's calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalized activity plans based on residents' unique goals, leading the team to offer engaging physical and social events.

• Promote activity calendars throughout the care home and integrate seasonal local and national events into the program schedule.

• Maintain detailed activity reports and provide clear updates to family members regarding resident engagement and wellbeing.
