Pay Rate: £22.41 per hour (Includes bank enhancement)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for Lochduhar Care Home. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents, creating safe environments, administering medication safely, and making critical clinical decisions with full autonomy.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
Knowledge & Experience: Up-to-date clinical knowledge, experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments, and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
