Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a resilient, confident, and trusted Deputy Store Manager in Launceston. In this leadership role, you will be cool, calm, and collected, getting stuck in both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to stepping up in the absence of the Store Manager, you will play a huge part in creating an environment where you and your team can do your absolute best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Set a spectacular example for the team and independently manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

• Team Development: Motivate, support, and guide your colleagues while building a collaborative team culture based on core values.

• Operational Excellence: Diligently handle deliveries, manage till areas, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

• Customer Service: Act as a friendly face for customers, offering top-tier service and resolving queries efficiently.
