Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to find friendly, reliable individuals to join their Replenishment team in Welling.

In this fixed-term role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, and you'll also receive cross-training to support other store departments like Market Street and Customer Service. Please note: Shifts can start from 4:00 AM for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the shop floor to ensure shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products.

• Operate efficiently within a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities.

• Assist customers with a helpful and friendly approach, answering queries as they arise.

• Provide flexible support across other store departments, including Market Street and Customer Service, as needed.
