About the Role
We are recruiting a Bank Senior Care Assistant to provide casual, flexible cover at Hickathrift House Care Home in Wisbech.
In this role, you will work alongside the Deputy General Manager to inspire and supervise Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in key areas such as medication administration, care plan assessments, and reviews. You will enjoy total flexibility over your schedule while making a genuine impact on residents' quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide flexible cover for annual leave, sickness, and peak operational needs across day or night shifts.
Lead, inspire, and mentor Care Assistants to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Support clinical administration, including medication safety and detailed care plan updates.
Promote a warm, respectful, and dignified environment for all residents.
About You
To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Specific, hands-on knowledge of clinical care for older adults.
A warm-hearted, compassionate nature with strong communication and leadership skills.
