Salary: £16.30 - £16.80 per hour (plus an extra £2.00/hr during bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

You will take charge of the shop floor, motivate your team, and step up to manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. What You’ll Do

Lead the Floor: Run shifts effectively, ensuring the store remains up to standard, organized, and welcoming.
Step Up as a Leader: Manage daily operations and guide your colleagues when the Store and Deputy Store Managers are off-site.
Keep Operations Smooth: Take charge of product freshness, cash processes, inventory control, and stock management.
Delegate & Solve: Swiftly solve day-to-day problems and delegate tasks to keep the team focused and efficient.
Champion Customer Service: Ensure every customer on Putney High Street enjoys a top-tier shopping experience.

What You’ll Need

Proven experience leading a team to hit targets in a bustling, fast-paced environment (retail or hospitality experience preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a knack for motivating others and delegating tasks effectively.
A calm, patient, and friendly manner under pressure.
A proactive approach to developing both yourself and the colleagues around you.
