Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum (CGL points 23 to 28)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated, compassionate, and community-focused Young Person's Resilience Worker - Diversity & Inclusion Lead to join their multi-disciplinary team in Sheffield on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
In this vital role, you will champion diversity and inclusion while delivering targeted and specialist 1-2-1 interventions for young people. Using a strengths-based, person-centred framework, you will empower young individuals to reduce risks, build resilience, and lead safer, healthier lives. You will also build strong community partnerships to improve service accessibility for underrepresented communities and support local youth provisions.
Diversity & Inclusion Leadership: Lead on improving service accessibility and building robust referral pathways for underrepresented communities across Sheffield.
Specialist 1-2-1 Interventions: Deliver targeted one-to-one support using a resilience and strengths-based model, focusing on prevention, earlier intervention, and harm reduction.
Community Engagement: Build, strengthen, and maintain collaborative links with local youth provisions, community groups, and external partners.
Consultation & Support: Provide expert consultation and support to community services while maintaining accurate records and timely reports.
Experience & Knowledge: Practical experience working with young people, a strong understanding of adolescent issues, and solid knowledge of substance misuse fields.
Safeguarding Expertise: Comprehensive awareness of child and young person safeguarding concerns and the Fraser Competence framework.
Communication & IT Skills: Accomplished verbal and written communicator with high personal IT competency and strong team-working skills.
Requirements: Proactive, cooperative team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), increasing up to 30 days over five years of service.
