About the Role

As a Bank Kitchen Assistant at Cedars Care Home, you will help provide the first-class food and hospitality that enable us to give our residents exceptional all-round care and support.

Working flexibly on a casual bank contract to cover planned or unplanned absences, you will assist with food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and help create a fulfilling dining experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide flexible kitchen and culinary support, assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Maintain rigorous standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.

• Support the catering team in delivering exceptional, person-centred dining experiences.

• Interact warmly with residents, building positive relationships during meal times.

• Work flexibly on a casual bank basis as required to support the home.
