As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role in our care home, acting as person-in-charge and standing in for the Manager as required. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure the highest standards of nursing care and wellbeing for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake essential nursing tasks, including medication distribution, wound dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
Communicate closely with families, GPs, and healthcare professionals regarding any changes in resident health, ensuring they are involved in care choices.
Oversee the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard.
Deliver excellence in care through accurate clinical assessments, care planning, and ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications & Registration: First-Level qualification with a current, valid NMC Registration.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience with up-to-date knowledge and post-basic studies.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application, and the ability to lead and instruct care activities.
Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
