In this vital support role, you will uphold exemplary standards of hygiene and presentation across the care home, including resident bedrooms, living spaces, and laundry facilities. Working alongside a supportive team, you will ensure high cleaning standards, handle resident personal laundry with care, and foster warm, positive relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain high standards of sanitation and tidiness throughout common areas and private resident rooms.

• Manage resident laundry services, ensuring personal clothing items are washed, finished, and handled to the highest care standard.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while adhering strictly to infection control regulations.
