About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Senior Night Care Assistant for Priory Court Care Home in Stamford.
In this senior leadership role, you will work alongside and support the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, fostering a safe, supportive, inclusive, and person-centred environment for our residents during the night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identifying any changes impacting care needs and updating written records accordingly.
Actively participate in the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and completing monthly evaluations.
Support residents safely with their medication requirements.
Conduct staff supervisions and help nurture and develop team members.
Serve as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring requests are addressed and concerns are handled appropriately.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership & Attitude: A positive, nurturing approach toward both residents and staff.
Flexibility: Responsiveness and adaptability to cover a diverse range of shift responsibilities.
