The Role
Are you an experienced nursing professional looking for a rewarding role where you can lead shifts, provide expert clinical care, and make a profound difference in residents' lives? As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be to act as the person in charge—standing in for the Manager as required and ensuring exceptionally high standards of clinical care and resident well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking essential nursing tasks including medication administration, wound dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
Communicating closely with residents' families and GPs regarding any changes in condition, ensuring they remain informed and involved in ongoing care choices.
Overseeing the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and residents receive required care.
Providing high standards of care through accurate clinical assessment and person-centred care planning.

Requirements:
Hold a First-Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
A minimum of 2 years of experience supported by relevant post-basic studies or qualifications with up-to-date clinical knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to instruct, guide, and demonstrate care activities.
Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
