Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Specialist Consulting Leader to join their Commercial team based in Manchester, UK. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work across multiple office locations and travel as required.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in B2B sales and account management. As the Specialist Consulting Leader, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for managing key specialist accounts, driving business growth, strengthening intermediary partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across Bupa's Cash Plan, Dental, and wider healthcare products. You will play a key role in developing strategic relationships, improving commercial performance, and ensuring all activities meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a specialist commercial team to achieve sales and growth targets.
Manage and expand relationships with key intermediary and specialist accounts.
Drive business growth through renewals, cross-selling, and new business opportunities.
Monitor portfolio performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions.
Ensure all commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support business planning, tenders, and strategic commercial initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience leading B2B sales or account management teams.
Strong commercial and leadership skills within a regulated industry.
