Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise shift operations, allocate daily tasks, and safely administer and log medication.
Case-manage residents, carry out risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.
Support residents with daily personal care while mentoring care assistants to maintain resident independence.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience leading and supervising care teams.
Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and thorough knowledge of care planning and medication management.
