Senior Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations, allocate daily tasks, and safely administer and log medication.

• Case-manage residents, carry out risk assessments, and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to optimize care plans.

• Support residents with daily personal care while mentoring care assistants to maintain resident independence.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable) along with proven experience leading and supervising care teams.

• Strong organizational skills, digital literacy, and thorough knowledge of care planning and medication management.
