Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Lead Speech and Language Therapist (Adults) to join their team in London, UK. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to lead and develop an adult SLT service within a leading private hospital. The successful candidate will combine clinical expertise with service leadership, delivering specialist assessment and treatment while driving quality improvement and best practice across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Adult Speech and Language Therapy service, ensuring high clinical standards, effective service delivery, and continuous quality improvement.
Provide specialist assessment and treatment for adults with complex speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia management.
Support multidisciplinary teams by developing clinical protocols, maintaining governance standards, and delivering training on specialist practices such as IDDSI.

Requirements

Degree in Speech and Language Therapy with current HCPC registration.
Advanced training and proven experience in dysphagia assessment and management within adult clinical services.
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex patient needs.
