Complex Care Assistant (Spinal Cord Injury Support)
Location: Hounslow, Feltham, TW13, and surrounding areas (One-to-one home care)
Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week required (Full-time and part-time available)
Shifts: 12-hour day and night shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour (inclusive of accrued holiday pay)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to support a client living with a spinal cord injury in his own home with his wife and son in the Hounslow and Feltham area. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

Provide gentle, calm, and person-centred support, assisting our client with his daily routine, morning/evening care, and occasional electric wheelchair trips to the shops.
Enjoy plenty of peaceful downtime during the day while remaining attentive and responsive to his needs.
Work proactively within a small, consistent core team dedicated to a single client residence.
