Are you an experienced, compassionate clinical leader looking for a rewarding night-shift management position where you can provide expert clinical leadership and champion exceptional care for patients with complex needs?
Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find an exceptional Charge Nurse for Drummond Grange Care Home. In this vital leadership role, you will guide junior nurses and clinical practitioners, build meaningful relationships with residents living with conditions such as dementia and brain injuries, oversee tailored care plans, mentor new staff, and ensure the highest standards of dignity and clinical excellence are maintained throughout the night.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse alongside a supervision qualification.
Knowledge & Experience: Extensive nursing experience in a mental health setting, particularly caring for patients with dementia. Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines) is essential.
Leadership Qualities: A natural mentor with experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship, backed by a strong track record of driving continuous care improvements.
