Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum (CGL points 23 to 28)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated, engaging, and passionate permanent Programme Facilitator to join their team at HMP Channings Wood in Newton Abbot.
With HMP Channings Wood preparing for a significant prison expansion, this is an exciting time to join a growing service with excellent opportunities for career development and progression. In this role, you will deliver engaging recovery programmes and structured psychosocial interventions (including the Atlas Programme), creating safe, inclusive environments where individuals can build confidence, develop resilience, and take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation.
Programme & Group Facilitation: Deliver engaging recovery and psychosocial group programmes and structured interventions, such as the Atlas Programme.
Assessments & 1:1 Support: Complete assessments, identify appropriate interventions, and provide targeted one-to-one support to encourage individual engagement and progression.
Safe Environments: Create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments that motivate individuals and encourage active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
Multi-Agency Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams, prison staff, and partner agencies to contribute to improved wellbeing, reduced harm, and positive rehabilitation outcomes.
Transferable Skills & Attitude: Strong communication and people skills, with a passion for helping others achieve their potential and an ability to engage diverse groups.
Background Diversity: Experience in substance misuse, education, training, social care, mental health, criminal justice, probation, coaching, or youth work is welcomed but not essential—we value attitude, motivation, and transferable skills and provide full training.
Core Competencies: Well-organized, able to manage competing priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
Requirements: Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
