Role: Cleaner
Location: 2 Florence Nightingale Rd, Shoeburyness (SS3 9FT)
Salary: £13.45 to £13.65 per hour (Plus an extra £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts)
Contract Type: Part-Time (20-hour contract, with shifts available from 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a conscientious, determined, and dedicated Cleaner in Shoeburyness. In this flexible part-time role, every sweep of your brush helps give our customers the fantastic in-store experience they deserve.
From maintaining a tidy shop floor to ensuring top-tier hygiene standards across trolley bays, car parks, and welfare facilities, you will be an essential part of the team, keeping everything looking its absolute best for customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
Store Presentation: Thoroughly maintain the store, trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces to create a great first impression.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Confidently operate industrial cleaning machinery, clean welfare areas (including toilets, waste, and recycling sections), and carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed.
Health & Safety: Proactively ensure that high hygiene, Health, and Safety standards are consistently upheld.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial, though not essential.
A hands-on approach combined with a keen eye for detail.
Drive, independence, and the passion to do the absolute best job for your store and colleagues.
