As a Data Protection Analyst, you will coordinate day-to-day privacy compliance activities, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and personal data incident management. By delivering practical advice to stakeholders, reviewing third-party processing agreements, and producing compliance metrics, you will help champion a culture of accountability and transparency.
Coordinate Data Subject Rights Requests (DSARs, erasure, rectification) to ensure responses are accurate and completed within statutory deadlines.
Assist with privacy assessments (DPIAs, PIAs, LIAs), personal data breach investigations, and third-party data processing reviews.
Support the continuous improvement of the Data Protection Framework, maintaining accurate records, compliance registers, and reporting dashboards.
Proven experience in a Data Protection, Privacy, Information Governance, Compliance, or Risk role.
Strong working knowledge of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and practical experience handling DSARs and DPIAs.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (IAPP or BCS data protection certification is desirable).
